I also first started playing her because I thought it would be fun to bring her in with lots of different personalities -- I could play with all the fragments of OCs I have in my head, with a pre-set PB and bonus backstory! But that never happened, for a couple reasons: one, I couldn't come up with a reasonable way for Echo to come to Milliways during an engagement without creating awful IC tangles when she left the bar (either she disappears from an engagement, panicking Boyd, or she returns in the same instant as a markedly different person, panicking Topher). Two, I discovered that she's way more interesting to play in the tabula rasa state in any case.
→ my favorite scene or bit of interaction concerning this character to date: Meeting James Mayer. Playing freaked!Echo is fun (*eyes Academy!Charles* Um, you were saying about having a type? . . .), and James' growing suspicions are awesome.
→ my favorite original aspect about this character (world-building for ocs or head-canon for fcs): Details of living in the house! Playing off Topher is especially good for that.
→ the last thing they did "off screen": Umm, since she and Topher are still Bound . . . sat in their room looking at the mountains out the window. She's fascinated by the mountains.
→ what their last words would be if they died tomorrow: ... *small* I don't like the answer to this question.
"What?"
→ what the next thing I'm doing for them is (narrative, post, shelving, whatever): Continuing to explore how Milliways helps her become self-aware! Although I might still do some time-skipping and bring her in from an engagement. I would really like to try bringing her in from "True Believer". (I have always been fascinated by disabled characters; playing a blind girl in The Miracle Worker when I was . . . god, I don't remember how old I was, maybe fourteen? Anyway, as small as the role was, it was such a fun acting challenge.)
