What's your neurosis?

Come on, admit it: we've all got them. Those little things you do because things have to be just so, the little rituals you perform. Do you eat paper? (Guilty, in junior high.) Can you not sleep without a blanket covering at least your feet? (Guilty.) Do you feel off for the rest of the day if you don't take exactly the same route to work? (So guilty.)

I don't like having dirt under my fingernails. I've gotten better about this one over the years, especially with me taking up more gardening. But if I've got a hangnail, it has to go RIGHT THEN or else I will worry it until it bleeds. Thus: I carry nail clippers everywhere I go.
