This is what my brain does when I'm bored.

Imagine the end of a Heroes episode; characters are being shown in tense, cliffhanger shots; Mohinder's voice comes on, and after a moment, the watcher realizes he's saying:

". . . done so far. What's so amazing that keeps us star-gazing? What do we think we might see? Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection . . ."
