Name that picture contest!

I really, really like this girl. Especially her socks. She walked into my sketchbook during Spanish class. She has a little white cat with a black spot on his back, sort of the negative of mine, and a boyfriend. However, she has no name, and no outfit. Help? Outfit-wise, just tell me what colors you think she'd look good in. I can't get anything to look good (don't you hate days like that?).

Susan, I don't know why but it seems to fit, mind you she would never accept that. Or else Samantha. Aqua and pink. Or one of the two with black. She seems - sporty, in a GSA kinda way.
Nice job. Love the socks.
Oh, and is she supposed to have a tatoo?
