I think I stole my copy of To Visit the Queen from my sister years ago, but I'd never run across a copy of BoNwM in a bookstore -- I'd barely been able to find it at the library. I suspect I'm going to be stalled for a while on finding Door Into Sunset; the Middle Kingdoms books are even harder to find than the Feline Wizard ones.
