*sigh* Something to add to this week's list of stuff to do -- either call up support and explain no, Best Buy didn't give me a product key to activate your stupid incompatible Microsoft Office and the program won't let me buy a new one, or get in touch with Best Buy and ask why they didn't give me a product key and can they please give me one now.
