Oh Jesus, guys, I thought it was just a nightmare but then I woke up and checked my f-list.

Oh, God. My parents are out of the house and not answering their phones, and I don't have keys to the second car so I can't get out. I locked all the doors and barricaded tham and I'm staying on the second floor, but oh, Jesus, I don't have any weapons except my cheesy katana and my aluminum nunchucks. I don't even have a fucking LIGHTER. Oh, god, what am I going do?

Those of you who have my number, call? Or IM or something? I don't guarantee coherence because I'm crying so hard, but I need to hear someone's voice. Please? Thanks.

The streets outside are totally quiet.

For the record: In seriousness, nothing like seeing your f-list full of "shit, zombies!" posts to seriously wig a zombie-phobe like me out.

I'm alive, for now....
but there's no water!

And even in Zombie-free times, sometimes there's no electricity.

*sigh*

Btw, you should use your pen as a weapon, since, you know, the pen is mightier... *erk*

A group of us are making our way north from Washington DC.
We've pick up a suvivor or two along the way and our driver has a brother stationed at Eielson Air force Base outside Fairbanks Alaska.
We had hoped the colder climate would slow down the outbreak.

with any luck well be there in 2 days, if you can hold out know that help is coming!

Will write agian when we're close. look for a caravan of cars with License plates from Maryland, Viginia, and Ohio. If Eielson Air force Base isn't safe we can regroup and keep heading north maybe one of the national parks or land preserves.
Less people = less zombies

Good luck!!

Things are a fucking mess down here, as I'm sure you can imagine. The inner city is chaos--gang affiliations apparently last beyond the grave--and nobody's heard from the Valley at all. Beverly Hills is a veritable war zone of private security forces. The worst, though, is Hollywood. All the paparazzi rushed to Hollywood Forever Cemetary as soon as they heard, hoping to catch a shot of Peter Lorre or Rudolph Valentino, and of course they all got infected immediately. Now they're zipping around the city with their scooters and the vestiges of their skills at ambushing the unexpected. The LAPD has more or less given up.

I'll try to keep you posted.

He's stuck in Pasadena, since he hasn't got a car. I think he's enjoying himself, though; the one time I managed to get through to him he said something about "getting back to his roots" and decapitating zombies with boomerangs.
