Do not want to pack. *eyes piles of clothing and stuff warily*

Had a weird dream this morning where me, my sister, and two random guys who I think must've been related to us, got turned into a vaguely Cerebus like thing. I think we had to defeat a bad guy? Iii dunno.

After I woke up, rolled over, and fell back asleep, I had a dream that was a sort of animated Disney retelling of The Tempest (in roughly the same way The Lion King is a retelling of Hamlet) that included a bizarre mash-up of "Marry the Man Today" and "Kiss the Girl." From there, it became one of those dreams where you dream you wake up -- I dreamt I woke up on a plane that was, for some technical malfunction reason, flying along a highway. And there was an in-flight sitcom playing that involved someone who I remember as looking suspiciously like Steve Carrell being on a rollercoaster, and it felt like the plane was doing the same loop-de-loops and barrel rolls as the coaster's cars, which was a little trippy.

I've actually been having a lot of dreams this trip home, but I can never find the energy to sit up and write them down.

Blargh. Mom uploaded a couple hundred photos from Christmas to Picasa last night and sent them to me, which sent me into new fits of "agh agh agh need to lose weight," which was no fun at all. I'd really like to go the gym, so I could feel like I was doing something towards that goal, but my guest membership ran out a couple days ago. And even if I were the type who liked outdoor running? Ahahaha. No. Ah well -- to make myself feel better, I'm doing push-ups and sit-ups and planning out workout routines for the next semester.

Watched the first twenty minutes or so of The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly (henceforward TGtBatU for quicker typing) last night. Verdict thus far? >:D! Badass.

Oh, man. I'm packing/cleaning and I found the binder of poetry I put together at the end of the best poetry class I've ever taken, back at the beginning of '05. Some of the poems are, um, sophomoric? Appropriately enough.

Some of them I still really like, though.
