I am triumphant! In spite of having acquired new clothes in the last week (I has well-fitting bras nao!) I managed to repack everything into one bag. Go me!
Packing is hot work, man. But oddly enough, it seems to have re-energized me.
We spent today in Hyde Park in Chicago, wandering the U Chicago campus (there were no zombies) and 57th street. There were bookstores and Greek food, and it was good.

ETA: Also, idea for a short story that my dad and I came up with today.
"Hi, I'm Jack Lemming, running for president. Follow me."("And this is my running mate, Robert Domesticated Turkey.")
