Louise the Lesser, like, froze. I thought Mac products didn't do stuff like that. My innocence is shattered!

To Do

1. Finish YA fantasy paper. Thankfully, I'm already over the page minimum, so all I have to do is finish up my arguments (Dark is Rising examples and a little further discussion of the psychology, I think -- my outline kind of disappeared), rearrange my opening, make sure my citations are all correct, and do a bibliography.

Easy, right? *headdesk*

2. Two page rant paper on happiness, Aristotle, and the Secret.

3. Poster touting the benefits of GMO.

4. GMO presentation research.

And then I'll be done with the quarter. Yey. Oh, and I need to pack, since, y'know, leaving for LA tomorrow night. --Holy crap I'm going on a plane and I'll have music. *glees*

[livejournal.com profile] rymenhild, have you heard Lucy Kaplansky's "Guinevere" yet?

*pats Louise and wraps a comfy blanket around her*

It does not happen nearly as often as with Windows products, but it does happen on occasion. Seemingly with iPods more than other things, insofar as I've seen.

Is she all right now?

My 40G iPod was a piece of shit, despite how wonderful it was. I had to get it replaced three times within the year-long warranty you get, and the last one died too. But I hear that bad a problem was pretty unique to the 40Gs. The good news is, Apple will replace your iPod absolutely free if they can't fix it! If you have any more problems, just take it to the Apple Store in LA -- it doesn't matter where you bought it.

Um, nope. :(

Closest thing we have is the MacStore... all they can do, I think, is send it in for warranty repair, which you can do yourself at support.apple.com/ipod

And remind me why you're going to LA?

Purdue is love.

Which: you may already have sources for citation, but. Purdue is love. Best site I've found for citation.

Huh. Weird. I've only had a very few problems with mine, usually right after I've dropped it or somesuch like that. Glad what she is feeling better, tho!

Oh hey! Do you have a skin thing for it yet? Cause I have an extra one if you want it. They're nice, and it protects the screen something great.

Also, you don't just have music... you have video too! Go download some stuff off of google video or youtube. Its fun fun fun, though it sucks battery up like a wampire.

*pets* have fun in LA!!!

Yes, I have. It's lovely. I almost played it for my class last week when we were finishing Malory, but I think I forgot to bring my speakers that day.
