My friends are all so artistic. . .
Sep. 2nd, 2004 01:16 pmJust looking at Rebecca's (moondog's) journal. Gah. Soooo good. And Ellie, of course, is so fabulous that she could sell her work -- Ellie, you gonna get me a print of that painting or what? And I haven't drawn anything in MONTHS. Okay, that's not entirely accurate, I remember drawing stuff during BFG, which was right at the end of July. . . But "I haven't drawn anything for a MONTH" just doesn't have the same ring to it.
My friends are so nifty. I need to start scanning in some of my drawings and see if any of them are as good as I think they are.
It's currently raining and cold outside, so we're finally getting into the short period that is the Alaskan fall.
I keep having morbid thoughts about my cat dying. Is depressing. Why my cat, and not, say, my family? Dunno. My family is all so obscenely robust and healthy that they're going to live forever.
I'm tired. I don't wanna work out. I may eventually guilt myself into doing fifteen minutes, then I'll probably just lie on the floor and watch Fellowship of the Ring, Extended version.
Mmm. I want to cuddle up in a big ol' comforter in front of a fireplace with Quaxo in my lap and watch Chocolat, and maybe drink hot chocolate. What are some other good rainy day movies? Any suggestions? Maybe Hamlet or Richard III with Olivier. Mmmm. . . Shakespeare. . . *drool* Still need to find out who my Lysander is. Maybe I can get a cast list when I pick up my script next week.
Incidentally, it's much harder to act like you have a crush on someone when you've never met them, as opposed to someone you've acted with before. And Cody really does look like he walked off the set of Grease.
