Snoooow. *dances*
We finished Bamboozled, and, well -- the end affected me much the way That Scene in the SPN s3 pilot affected me. Nausea -- the kind of nausea Doc keeps saying is the best place to do work from, because you're mad.
In a more shallow vein: kinda want someone to app Manray. ¬_¬ Savion Glover is pretty.
And then the caffeine kicked in, and I ran a mile, and I'm still kinda twitchy.
So glad it's the weekend. Man. Even if the weekend is not going to be significantly less busy than the week. Four days 'til break!
ETA: OH.
I discovered a copy of House of Leaves downstairs on the communal bookshelves.
*cracks knuckles* As soon as I finish Name of the Rose. (Which apparently we'll be watching next semester in Foundations of Drama II! Good stuff. But -- Sean Connery as William? *doubtful look* Did they miss the bit where William looks exactly like Sherlock Holmes? 'Cause Connery, Lord love him, does not look like a Holmes to me.)

I love that book. The film, not so much.

I haven't actually watched it in years, because it's so painful to do so, but it's such an amazing piece of film.

Once you've read it, want me to add you to my old HoL filter and point you at my running commentary?
