Evil!Willow and Evil!Vamp!Willow are two different Willows, yes. Evil!Willow is Good!Willow on Plot, whereas Evil!Vamp!Willow is AU!Willow post-bitey. :P

Umm. Not for a while, IIRC. I'm trying to remember my Big Bads for each season. Evil!Willow isn't going to show up until Season Six, I think. I may be wrong.
