Food helps. Breathing helps. Remembering that there are such things as vacations/emails/AIM/phones helps.
It still is a panicky time for everybody, or at least it certainly was for me. But it's going to go just fine, and you will have a FABULOUS time at college.
And Christmas break is LONG for most schools. *grin* Plenty of time for lots of concentrated hanging out.
