. . . Oh, snap, I totally forgot to rent the movie for tomorrow. Shite.
Ummm. Maybe I can show them Supernatural or Lost instead. Those are pretty mind-fucking at times, right? Right?
Shite. Well, it looks like the Blockbusters ten minutes from the school opens at 10 AM; I might be able to get there and back on foot in time to watch the first fifteen minutes or so in class. Or maybe I can offer to buy my dad a latte and get him to pick it up for me.
In other news today, I found out that an old friend of mine, Catie, is now Caleb. Which, thinking back, doesn't come as a huge surprise. I'm glad for him.
Also, saw Pan's Labyrinth! Whoever wrote this movie totally read WoT. That freaky child-eating thing is totally a Fade! And then at the end, with the three huge pedestals, which are clearly just like the three pedestals those snakey oracle things are on?
Yes. Totally. My other main thought was, generally, OW. Especially the bit with Mercedes and El Capitan and the knife and the MOUTH WTF. And then the end. Just. I mean. Ow. Also? I couldn't stop thinking in Spanish when I left the theater. I remember enough that I can at least try to discuss the movie in the same language it was written in.
