I'm preventing myself from arguing further by trying to figure out what I

Sympathy. I got a Very Wrong Person on my Facebook feed today and spent rather too long coming up with a tactful way to say "Your argument is poisonously offensive and NOT OKAY" without using those words. I did eventually figure one out, but I don't know if my message got through to the Wrong Person.
